Claims Reporting – Your insurance carrier prefers to have claims reported directly to them, by you, the policyholder with first-hand knowledge of the claim. For claims counseling, prior to reporting a claim, or if you’re not sure that reporting a claim is necessary, please contact us to discuss the situation.
Payments – Policy payments need to be received by the insurance carrier. Most will be able to take a credit/debit card payment or electronic check payment over the phone and the transaction will post immediately.
